Reminder you will be building your own credit at the close of this event. Each session will count 1.2 hours towards your credit. You will collect certificates throughout the event to submit in MyLearningPlan at the conclusion of reIGNITE 2019. Digital Sessions will require the Digital Learning Artifact: bit.ly/jcpsdlcartifact.
Note: If you are attending with your PLC members you might consider signing up for the same reIGNITE Calibration session (Learn 1) so that you can have common language in the coming year.
Learning Objectives & Rationale: The desired outcome is to provide teachers with a variety of tools to design and implement learning pathways to enhance student engagement while providing personalization relevant to any content area.
Description: Do you wonder how to create pathways? This session will provide participants with an opportunity to explore the use of learning pathways to provide personalized learning opportunities. We will investigate a variety of tools to enhance instruction digitally. Participants will select a standard on which to build a pathway to use in any content area. Links to NC K-12 Essential Standards will be provided in the presentation. Time will be provided for collaboration and creation of a pathway to use in your classroom.
Modalities/Implementation Practices: Smart Panel, Voice & Choice - a variety of formats and digital tools will be shared., Learning Pathway, Opportunities will be provided to make and create pathways that meet participants standards of choice while collaborating with other educators.
