Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

Limited Capacity seats available

Learning Objectives & Rationale:
Participants will be able to:
* Identify key characteristics of a leader of personalized learning.
* Examine the characteristics of a Multiplier and how to increase your capacity to support personalized learning.
* Develop an understanding of and implications for being an Accidental  Diminisher.

Description:
Do you sometimes feel as if you are a cheerleader every day in class rallying your students to jump on board with new learning? Do you find yourself jumping in to offer answers or ideas because no one is speaking up? Are you always two steps ahead of your peers when it comes to implementing new ideas and innovative practices? If you answered "yes" to any of these, you may be an Accidental Diminisher vs an effective Multiplier.  In this session we will explore what it means to be an Accidental Diminisher and techniques that can help you model being an effective multiplier that supports personalized learning for all students.

Modalities/Implementation Practices:
Whole group instruction, partner sharing, small group collaboration, and personal reflection.
